Foreigners to Get Married in China

If you are outward Chinese Citizen, when you want to get married in China, you need certificates as follows:
1. The personal passport or the other certificate of identity and nationality;

2. The residence certificate of the outward Chinese issued by Our Public Police Organs or the Identity Document issued by the Bureau of Foreign Affairs as well as the temporary residence or immigration certificate. (mandarin training in Beijing)

3. The Certificate of Civil State should be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the concerned embassy.

4. The foreign students who are in Technical Secondary School, Junior College and the undergraduates shouldn’t get married. In spite of the mentioned-above certificates, the other student (visiting scholar, graduate students) who require marrying with the Chinese Citizen must possess the academic certificate issued by the relevant department. 5. The Divorce Certificate of the digamist and the Death Certificate of the Spouse should be issued by the embassy.
