Stirrer Reactor Classification

Stirrer Reactor classification:

1, Reactor - according to the mixing structure is divided into flat leaf blade, oblique (folded)leaves, curved leaves, Helical vane stirrer. Paddle, turbine-type stirrer has flat leaves and oblique leaf structure; push, screw and helical ribbon-like leaf blade surface for the spiral structure. According to installation requirements can be divided into integraland split, to facilitate the mixing agitator shaft directly fixed to the other without having to remove the coupling components.

2, Reactor - according to the blender into the use of low-viscosity fluid with a mixer, high-viscosity fluid with a mixer. Mixers for low viscous fluids are: push, pulp-style, openturbine, disc turbine, Buruma gold type, frame paddle, leaf type, and so after thefinish. Mixer for high viscosity fluids are: anchor, frame type, serrated disc, propeller, screw belt and so on.

3, Reactor - according to the fluid flow pattern is divided into axial flow and radial flow mixerblender. Some mixers in operation, the axial flow of fluid that has generated the radialflow is called mixed flow stirrer. Axial-type propeller stirrer is representative of flat leafdisk turbine stirrer type is representative of runoff, while the oblique leaves mixed flowturbine agitator is representative.
